"Another Sad Day In America For the American Indian"

Just a few days ago I wrote an article outlining alleged racial profiling and police brutality committed by the white police officers of the Philadelphia Mississippi Police against two members of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians on March 21, 2007.
After having the two young men that were brutalized and their aunt who witnessed the incident on my past Sunday night radio broadcast on WPFW 89.3 FM - Washington, D. C., I contacted the NAACP and the Southern Poverty Law Center and a few other so-called civil rights groups. To my surprise there has been no response from the NAACP and the Southern Poverty Law Center is not able to take on the case. After all aren't Indians still people of COLOR - NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF COLORED PEOPLE?
However, the issue of Don Imus making on air insults about the young African American women basketball players of Rutgers University got top billing. Imus made remarks and was fired. Some of Philadelphia Mississippi Police Department's finest - white police officers racially profiled and committed brutality against two young Choctaw Indian men according their testimony and no one has even lifted a finger to help. Is this American "the home of the brave, land of the free." Who is really free in America. Certainly the rights of the American Indian are not respected!
So what has happened to public outrage against mistreatment of America's first citizens by white police? Or is this just business as usual when it comes to the rights and protection of the American Indian?
How is it that Black people whom are mistreated get justice and American Indians just get ignored? SOMEBODY PLEASE ANSWER THAT QUESTION FOR ME? Whose in federal office? OH I SEE. After all they're just Indians!! RIGHT? RIGHT?
