Chipotle Aioli
1/2 cup good-quality mayonnaise 1/2 cup sour cream 1 clove garlic, pressed 1 teaspoon lime juice 1 teaspoon dried Chipotle powder salt Cracked black pepper
In a medium mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings as an appetizer
Heat scale: Mild to medium
