Red Tomato Jelly Categories: Vegetables, Jams Yield: 5 quarts
5 lb Tomatoes 8 c Sugar 2 Lemons -sliced thin Cinnamon sticks
Let tomatoes, sugar and lemons stand overnight. Then drain off all the juice and boil until bright red. Then add the tomatoes, lemon and cinnamon sticks. Boil until thick enough to form 2 drops drippings off spoon. Fill jelly jars and seal.
