Tamaya Blue Picante Pueblo Cornbread- Posted by: "John Koda Miller" johnkoda@nativeearthworks.com john_koda Mon Jan 29, 2007 9:14 am (PST) � cup whole wheat pastry flour1� cup Tamaya blue corn meal 2 Tbs. baking powder 1 tsp. salt � cup honey 1 1/3 cup milk 2 beaten eggs1/3 cup Parmesan grated � chopped Pueblo Harvest Green Chilionion � cup honey � chopped onion6 Tbs. melted butter4 tsp. red chili powderSift dry ingredients together. Add cheese, green chili, and onions. Mix red chili and butter then combine with wet ingredients. Mix wet and dry ingredients. Pour into 9" greased baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
