HULLED WHITE CORN HOMINY SOUP
In a five-quart slow cooker, combine white corn hominy with water. Cook on low for 14 hours. You can also soak overnight, and cook for 2- 2 1/2 hours.
Add three cups cooked anasazi beans.
Season to taste with sauteed onions, green peppers, and mushrooms. Add to stew along with some tomato sauce, chile powder or other favorite spices.
