Eel Chowder Categories: Native, Fish, Soups Yield: 4 Servings
3 md Eels 1 Onion 4 Potatoes Water
Cut skinned eels into 1" pieces Dice potatoes and onions. Boil eels for 10 min. Add potatoes and onions. Boil until cooked.
