3 c Cornmeal
3 c Acorn flour
1/4 c Flour
2 ts Baking soda
3 c Milk
3 Eggs beaten
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 ts Vanilla
Mix dry ingredients, add milk and stir until all ingredients are
moist. Then add beaten eggs and vanilla. Stir until mixed well.
Ladle on a hot greased griddle (I use a no stick one now and cut out
the grease.)
