My name is Lou Moerner and I am the Team Captain for NCIDC's Team Sacred Smoke #93. Once again, our team is planning to spend 24 hours walking the track at the College of the Redwoods to raise money for cancer awareness, support and research. Each member of our team has been impacted by this terrible disease and this year is no exception. With the recent diagnosis of one of our team members, this year is even more important to us. I am writing in hopes that you will support our team through a donation of either cash or items for our track side raffle the day of the Relay. My personal goal is to walk at least 10 miles and I have put this challenge to each of my teammates. Anything, even your kind thoughts for our aching feet, would be appreciated. Please follow the link to our online donation page (see team name on the right side of your screen). All donations are tax deductible. www.kintera.org/faf/home/default.asp?ievent=146887Many thanks, LOU -- Lou Moerner Tobacco Project Director Northern California Indian Development Council 241 F St. Eureka, CA 95501 707-445-8451 707-445-8479 (fax) lou@ncidc.org www.ncidc.org/tupe
