YOUR HELP IS URGENTLY NEEDED
All incarcerated men and women have the right to their own spiritual beliefs and isn't incarceration a time when men and women need more than ever access to their spiritual beliefs?
Christians, Jews, Catholics, Muslins, etc., all have the right to attend church, receive Holy Communion, get counsel from their Priest or Minister. Please help our American Indian men and women who are incarcerated to be able to do the same.
This is an appeal from Matt Sherman. Please give whatever you can so that Leonard and all our brothers and sisters who are incarcerated can have this spiritual gathering. In the spirit of humanity and love, I too, appeal to your hearts to give what you can.
Thank you.

Dear Family and Friends,
I have been invited to visit our family members behind the prison walls. Due to federal regulations, I cannot disclose the facility nor the name of the inmates, one of whom is a political prisoner.
I will not be paid nor compensated for travel expenses.
An outstanding drum group from Ohio has agreed to accompany me in for a gathering with the men in lock-up. I was not able to get prison officials to come up with any money to reimburse them for travel expenses. As true warriors, they have agreed to come nevertheless. If anyone who reads this is motivated to show a financial expression of gratitude for this group, it would be appreciated.
You have my word, 100% that is received will be used for the purpose I have described. I regret that it is necessary to ask.
Most importantly, we ask you to join us in prayer on December 9, 2006 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. EST.
Thank you.
