Federation of Saskatchewan Indian Nations (FSIN) legislative assemblies
were held on Nov. 30, 2005, Feb. 20, 2006, and March 14, 2006. At each
of these assemblies, the FSIN executive did not bring the FNUC issue to
the floor for a vote, following its hostile takeover of the institution
