Cancer screening among rural Native Americans received a boost last week
from a multi-million-dollar grant to Benefis Healthcare's Sletten Cancer
Institute in Great Falls and its affiliate, the Huntsman Cancer
Institute at the University of Utah.
The two organizations were chosen to share one of six grants from the
Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to help reduce cancer in
rural Native American populations.
