Both tribes own casinos in northern San Diego County. The extra security measures began Feb. 8, according to the notice. Two off-duty police officers hired by a private security firm will screen visitors at the entrance to Pauma's reservation and patrol the premises. At least one of the banned individuals was living on the Pauma reservation as a guest of a tribal member and was ordered out.
