Vicki Sykes, founder and CEO of Crystal Vision Productions, said anyone versed in American Indian heritage is welcome to participate. "Singers, dancers, storytellers, musicians, drum groups and visual artists will offer interactive educational presentations to schools, corporations, conferences, gatherings and other functions to honor the fine arts contribution American Indian artists have provided in all areas of entertainment," she said. Traditional classes on American Indian ways of life including storytelling, drum making, bead working, flute making, bow making and various indigenous crafts also are planned. A "Spirit of The Wind" American Indian Music Festival in October 2007 will feature drums, flutes, traditional, and contemporary American Indian music. For additional information, contact Skyes at (405) 204-8585.
