The traditions of the Indians
Dancing Thunder is a medicine man and chief of the Susquehannock Indians in Florida. For over 40 years he worked as a healer, master of ceremonies, teachers and medicine men. Dancing Thunder heads Schwitzhüttenrituale & Spirit boat trips and are traditional teachings of the Medicine and healing techniques. Dancing Thunder has fantastic sense of humor and his teachings are based on authentic, traditional knowledge passed down directly from family and ancestors. He has been chosen to get lost knowledge back to North America and Europe. His wisdom is rooted in the knowledge of the hunters of the Ice Age.
Dancing Thunder was born into a family of healers and "men and women of knowledge." His grandmothers were both medicine men and his father was a "man of knowledge". His mother is a healer and seer. Dancing Thunder is the founder of the "Dream Time Healing, and Chairman of the Foundation of the Medicine Way. He was adopted by the Shoshone and is a member of the Pan-American Indian Association.
Dancing Thunder has released the CD Full Moon. It is the inclusion of drums and voices that are based on the traditional medicine wheel of the Susquehannock. The CD shares the knowledge of the great North American medicine wheels and is a genuine tool for any individual or groups. The drum calls de spirits of the animals in the four wind directions. The CD is available at www.singingfrog.com.
I met Dancing Thunder 2004 in Holland for the first time I Wai Turoa Morgan was invited to a workshop that was mediated by the sacred knowledge. I was immediately fascinated by his way of teaching and the fact that he lives exactly what he teaches. Since then I have learned many things from him in Teachings of the Medicine Wheel, in Schwitzhüttenritualen, boat trips on the mind and on many other occasions. I was adopted by the Susquehannock and bear the name of Blue Fire Holds.
