Red Bean And Corn Dumplings ( Mohawk) Description Ingredients
* 1 Cup Yellow Cornmeal
* 1/4 Cup Flour
* 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
* 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
* 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
* 1/2 Cup Kidney Beans -- Cooked
* 2 Eggs -- Beaten With
* 1/2 Cup Milk
* 1 Tablespoon Corn Oil
* 3 Tablespoons Hot Broth
Directions assemble all ingrendents and mix well to form a batter; drop
batter in generous spoonfulls into any simmering soup. simmer for 20 minutes;
serve Serves 8
